A spin-off of lonelygirl15, this web series is another drama that involves 20-somethings pulled into a world of secret organizations and intrigue, only this time in England. It was co-created by social networking site Bebo. Though the series was never as popular as lonelygirl, episodes from the series did pull in more than 50 million total views. KateModern ends June 28, 2008, as EQAL (formerly LG Studios) looks to do more projects that it has complete control over. But take heart, Kate fans, EQAL promises that the universe those characters inhabit will live on.
