i was really impressed with the packaging… its all about what moves you. being in a band i know we all dont like the same music collectively. at the end of the day creativity, expression,and imagination is what you look for. save alicia has shown that!!!!!!!!

I disagree with this as well! Go check out her blogs and her own personal response to this article. She is a pretty unique woman with some incredible talent and the guts to do something that not many do. If you take one second to step back and think about how hard it is for the average artist to make it in this world, and then add in the fact that she is doing it her own way without the help of major coorporations and labels, well you’ve got one rebelious schmebel! Alicia Gatto is the real deal…so deal with it.

I disagree, proof in point, who is Terra Naomi? And unfortunately if she isn’t going to make herself interesting enough for me, i do not have the time or interest to search her out. The market is infested right now with artists independent or otherwise who don’t have a thing to say and weak/manufactured music. Anyone who can find a way to separate themselves from the sheepish herd will, in fact, connect more with their audience and create a more emotionally connected and loyal fan base. Alicia Gatto is not only a trailblazer she is a meaningful artist with an uncanny ability to resist becoming stale in such a stagnant creative climate.
